Exchange and returns
If a product does not suit you, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of purchase.
Conditions
- No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
- The box, all accessories and the stickers on the product and packaging are intact.
How to return or exchange
- 1Call us or message us on WhatsApp — the manager will tell you what is needed and find your order.
- 2Bring the product to the store: 61 Manas Ave., opposite the Philharmonic.
- 3Bring the order number or the receipt — it makes things faster.
Opening hours: Daily 10:00–20:00.
If the product is faulty
A fault is a warranty case. The warranty period is stated on the product page and in the warranty card.
